Nova Jackpot Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or suspend accounts where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activities.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

Nova Jackpot Casino will not be liable in any case arising from breach of contract except for gross negligence and/or malice on part of Nova Jackpot Casino.
Under no circumstances shall Nova Jackpot Casino be responsible for losses that result from a combination of events including Player's mistake, loss or theft.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Curaçao eGaming license. All disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to exclusive jurisdiction of competent court in Curaçao according to those laws.
